GRAPE VARIETY: Freisa 100%
This Freisa is produced from grapes which are subject to a over—ripening on the vines. After the vinification the must make a maceration of around one week and then the wine is left to refine for 12 months in French oak barrels of 600 lt which enable it to reach a specific maturity thanks to the formation of aromas which enhance its quality.
After bottling, the bottles are laid horizontally to rest for 6 months before being packaged.
Bright ruby red color with slight violet hues.
At the nose presents an intense bouquet with evident hints of ripe fruit while at the tasting a red ripe fruit scent with good tannin but soft.
It’s a suitable companion for structured meat dishes, game, ripened and blue cheeses.
