GRAPE VARIETY: Moscato bianco di Canelli 100%
It is obtained by over-ripening the fruit on the vine and then allowing it to further ripen on racks.
This process is followed by pressing and the fermentation in barriques.
The wine matures in wood twelve months.
Its vanilla notes in the noise contrast with the richness of citrus and ripe fruit with a note of exotic fruit and apricots.
It is perfect with sweet pastries, mature cheeses and dark chocolate.
Best serving: 12 – 15 °C
