GRAPE VARIETY: Barbera d’Asti 100%
The grapes are placed in small crates and brought into the cellar where, after destalking and crushing process, the skins are left macerating in the must for 10-15 days.
The wine is left maturing in wood barrels for about 7-8 month and then refined in bottles for at least 6 month before being sold.
Its bouquet is vinous, fruity, round, with brushwood scents.
It is complex, harmonious, intense and persistent on the palate.
It is perfect with first traditional dishes, all types of meat and hard cheeses.
Best serving: 16 – 18 °C
